During my studies of industrial engineering and medicine, I recognized how intersecting these rather distinct subjects can be. The field of Neuroimaging gives me the opportunity to apply my so far accumulated knowledge of computer science to medical research. I shall focus on the consequences of limbic encephalitis to patterns in the anatomy of the brain, using interdisciplinary methods.
