Already during my time as a paramedic I became very interested in emergency medicine and the medical imaging used in this subject area.

Through my studies at the University of Bonn I acquired an even deeper understanding for the necessity of specialized and adapted imaging techniques in different medical disciplines.

My research in the Translational Neuroimaging Lab will focus on diffusion MRI imaging such as ASL (arterial spin labeling).
