I believe in interdisciplinary research as the most fundamental key to success in science. Personally I am fascinated by combining physics with neuroscience as well as the philosophy of mind.As a student assistant I am attending operations at our 3T MR scanner, caring for patients before and during the procedure and getting insights into the processing of MR images. Furthermore I am interested in investigating recent MR methods, to learn more about traces of neurodegenerative diseases and how to detect them at an early stage, within the scope of my master thesis at DZNE (German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases).
